With Summer quickly approaching I thought now would be the perfect time to share some of my favorite beach essentials for mom and baby from my boutique and of course, Amazon. Packing for the beach is hard for us mamas…believe me, I get it. As a mom of 4, I know how scattered our brains can be right before we go on vacation trying to remember to pack ALL.THE.THINGS. I am certain to find myself trying to get settled on the beach when I realize I forgot (you can fill in the blank) and suddenly I have a screaming toddler and a splitting headache. Sound familiar?

MESH BEACH TOTE
First things first, every mama needs a good beach tote. This mesh tote has the look and feel of a woven tote but the convenience of the mesh to shake all the extra sand from towels and toys.
POLARIZED SUNNIES
Cute sunglasses are an absolute must for little eyes. These polarized shades are not only cute but they have a nice little strap to help keep them in place or from becoming lost.
BACKPACK COOLER
I especially love this chic leopard backpack cooler. It is easy to carry and helps keep you hands free while trying to find your spot on the beach. The leak roof liner will keep drinks hot 0or cold up to 16 hours with icepacks plus you’ll have all the space you need.
VEER BASECAMP ADVENTURE HUB
There really isn’t a better pop up tent for the beach than the Veer Basecamp Adventure hub. When I say this thing was a life saver…I mean it! You can literally pop this thing up with one hand. It folds easily for storage and comes with a shade cover and ground stakes.
SUN HAT
There really isn’t anything cuter than a baby in a beach hat, am I right? Beach hats will help protect that delicate baby skin from the suns harmful rays and make them look so dang cute. Ties will help to keep it in place or draped around the shoulders.
SILICONE BEACH TOYS
Toys are must when visiting the beach and I am loving the aesthetic of this neutral silicone set. Not only do they look cute but they are made with soft and flexible silicone making it super easy to pack away in a suitecase without having to worry about this cracking and breaking.
INFLATABLE SHADE POOL
A little shade pool is the best way to let your babes play in the water and give you peace of mind. This little pool will make it easy to keep your littles happy so you can relax without fear of submersion.
PORTABLE FAN
One thing is for sure, you’re gonna be looking for ways to keep baby cool on the beach. This rechargeable fan is portable and flexible to attach to a carseat or a stroller for convenient cooling. Small enough to take anywhere and easily pack away for travel.
HOODED TOWEL
Stylishly designed with a modern look this hooded towel is perfect to throw in your beach bag. It snaps in to a poncho to conveniently serve as a towel AND a swimsuit cover. Jade & Kai is another small family owned business which I am also happy to support.
OVERSIZED BEACH TOWEL
Lightweight, oversized and cute! These towels are quick dry and sand free which is perfect for in between beach days. It’s larger than your average beach towel. I like that it can even be used as a lightweight blanket or sarong.
SILICONE BENTO BOX
I adore these silicone bento boxes we have in the Hello Baby Boutique and have no doubt you will want to add these to your packing list for the beach. The large section perfectly holds a sandwich cut in half. The easy-open lid allows kids to be able to open it during lunch but is also secure enough to keep the food in place. The are compact, lightweight and perfect for the cooler as well.
INSULATED CUP
It’s no secret, these 40oz insulated cups are all the rage but I didn’t love how costly the big brands seem to be. I found a great alternative that checks all the boxes. Convenient handle, cup holder friendly and stylish. The triple wall design will keep your drink cold even on the hottest beach days.
BEACH UMBRELLA
How cute is this vintage designed umbrella? It comes with a sturdy sand anchor and offers 100% UV ray protection to protect delicate skin. It literally weighs less than 5 pounds and can easily be thrown over your shoulder or tossed in a beach wagon for transport to and from.
